With over twenty years of experience, Brandi has been instrumental in evaluating, negotiating, and managing complex, high-value contracts, such as NDAs and professional service agreements. Her exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and capacity to devise tailored solutions for intricate challenges have significantly contributed to our success in contract management. Brandi has consistently developed scalable processes and procedures that not only enhance efficiency but also strengthen risk mitigation strategies across our operations.
Her expertise in project management, budget analysis, and job costing fosters financial accountability and is a tremendous asset to the Legal Department. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, along with an Associate of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology. She is a Certified General Contractor in Florida and has acquired OSHA safety certifications, reflecting her dedication to compliance and effective risk management. Having graduated from the Leadership PCI (“LPCI”) program, Brandi has also chaired PCI’s Financial Risk Management Committee for over five years. In her role, she is essential in leading our contracts and risk management functions, ensuring we uphold high standards of contractual integrity and compliance while effectively meeting the needs of our company and customers.
