Chris Winfield serves as BIM Director for the Northern Division, which includes GATE Precast facilities in Ashland City, TN and Oxford, NC. He is part of the engineering collaboration team who plans and implements new technology, standards, processes and procedures in GATE's engineering department.EDUCATION
