Russ has over 27 years of experience as PE, SE in engineering precast. He is responsible for leading GATE Engineering’s staff of 85 persons while coordinating with others in GATE Precast leadership roles. He manages technical programs intended to promulgate safety, efficiency and consistency.EDUCATION
