Fidelity National Information Services Headquarters Parking Garage

The Fidelity National Information Services (FNIS) parking garage is a large four-bay, seven-elevated-level structure that includes one stair tower with precast stairs and a footprint of 253’x273’. The parking garage has 1,612 parking spaces that serve the 12-story FNIS headquarters building that is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of the downtown Jacksonville area. The top level of the garage features 17 precast concrete planters that add visual appeal and provide a place for trees and other vegetation to be planted, adding an additional sustainable element to the structure.
