GateLite is a lean architectural concrete skin offering many of the design options found with traditional architectural precast. This all-inclusive system has a complete thermal, vapor and air barrier and eliminates on-site labor hours, as fabrication and assembly is performed safely on the ground prior to delivery. With GateLite, design teams can now create a true work of art.

The GateLite architectural precast faƧade system was selected by Baptist Healthā€™s new campus in Florida to meet high velocity wind zone requirements, improve jobsite safety, compress schedule and reduce the projectā€™s carbon footprint.

Pullman at Gulch Union Nashville, TN

Pullman at Gulch Union, a 28-story mixed-used office tower designed by HKS, Inc. in Nashville is being constructed with GateLite ā€” a durable, lightweight faƧade solution ideally suited for todayā€™s fast-paced and environmentally conscious construction market.

Virgin Hotels New Orleans New Orleans, LA

GATE collaborated with the architectural team of CallisonRTKL & Mathes Brierre Architects to develop a faƧade system for a 14-story Virgin Hotel that would match the surrounding historic masonry warehouse-style architecture.

Ransom Everglades STEM Center Coral Gables, FL

GATE collaborated with Perkins+Will to design a facade system that imposed no more than 48psf dead load, serve as a rain barrier, convey three-dimensional architectural surface articulation and withstand the high velocity wind zone.
