The design team knew exactly what they wanted in terms of the wave/projections in the precast exterior. Gate Precast was willing to step outside of the box and try something new to take this project from conception to reality. This project put a new spin on the term “design build.” A natural, as-cast grey finish that was mottled and distressed met Morphosis’ earthy vision of the structure.  The profiled texture was determined after exploring multiple irregular shaped patterns cast in precast.
