Egil and Pauline Braathen Center/Maroone Cancer Center at Cleveland Clinic

Cleveland Clinic's Egil and Pauline Braathen Center/Maroone Cancer Center is a 7-story, 156,000 SF, multi-disciplinary cancer treatment center. GATE Precast’s design-assist collaboration with the architect and construction team enabled the company to meet the project's aggressive schedule for delivery and erection.

GATE devised an innovative system to install the precast concrete sunshade elements after the glazing was installed. The precast louvers were “threaded” into sockets and connected inside the building.
