Vistas on the James

Located on the James River, this landmark 18-story mixed-use high-rise is Phase II of a riverfront re-development in a historical district. In order to ensure speed of construction and predictability of quality, an architectural precast façade combining embedded thin brick and acid-etch simulated limestone finish accents was chosen as an alternative to hand-set brick and cast stone used on Phase I.
