Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio’s design of an office park expansion at Wade Park in Raleigh, NC focuses on resiliency and sustainability. The multi-story office buildings feature an embedded thin brick architectural precast façade with limestone accents to complement and enhance the aesthetics of the original hand-set masonry buildings. The buildings were designed and constructed using the LEED criteria.
