Maple Terrace Residences

Maple Terrace, located in the vibrant Uptown Dallas area, is a luxury-focused, mixed-use development that beautifully marries historical elegance with modern design. The original building, dating back to the 1920s and once frequented by icons like Elvis Presley and Judy Garland, has been meticulously restored. An impressive 22-story residential tower now ascends behind this historic gem, seamlessly connected by a spacious 10,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard. 

The Maple Terrace Residences include 345 upscale units, ranging from 601 to 2,879 square feet. This new tower complements its historic neighbor and the nearby Stoneleigh Hotel and Condominium Tower, boasting a unique blend of character and contemporary features. The design incorporates GateStone in various stacked stone patterns and a neutral color palette, achieving a perfect fusion of classic and modern aesthetics. The precast concrete exterior showcases a striking charcoal hue at the base, transitioning to a lighter gray that envelops much of the structure, further enhancing the balance of traditional and contemporary design. Throughout, the tower pays homage to the Art Deco style of the 1920s, echoing the charm of its storied past.
