Pullman at Gulch Union

Pullman at Gulch Union is an impressive 29-story tower that features 300 residential units and showcases a blend of traditional architectural precast and GateLite materials. The traditional architectural precast is prominently featured on the shear walls and stair towers, while at mid-elevation, the precast transitions to GateLite panels with window punch openings. The GateLite panels are crafted with two distinct mix designs: a darker tone for the majority of the panels and a lighter hue for the heads and sills.

Located in the vibrant center of Nashville, Gulch Union is a dynamic mixed-use development that integrates office, retail, and dining spaces. Nestled between downtown Nashville and Music Row, it offers a prime setting for both business and entertainment. Notably, this development is the only urban district in the southern United States to earn LEED certification for neighborhood development, and it proudly holds the title of the fourth neighborhood in the world to achieve LEED Silver status.
