The Urbana

GATE provided a precast concrete solution for the developer, who needed both parking and retail with an open floor space, all on a small site with limited access. Due to the restrictive site, the structural wall panels and double tees were installed from within the footprint. The open-air parking deck sits on the rooftop of this single-story building.
