One Greenway Centre

One Greenway Centre is a 5-story, 155,000 SF office building. It is the first LEED-certified building in the Cool Springs area. The building incorporates environmentally friendly design principles that reduce environmental impacts, including an architectural precast concrete exterior facade system. The facade system minimized the number of trades on site, offered speed of construction and provided a sustainable office solution that had minimal impact on the structure's surroundings.
