Design Assistance
The exterior of the Nathaniel "Ned" Ruff Water Treatment Facility in East Chicago, IN features an insulated load-bearing architectural precast façade on two separate structures. Recycled glass was used in the precast panels on the office portion of the structure. The panel sections include five different architectural liners featuring water symbols used worldwide, four different architectural mixes, two inches of insulation, and a steel-trowel rear-face finish.
