GATE’s Jacksonville, FL facility produced 315 pieces of structural precast consisting of double tees, columns, slabs, beams, walls and stairs for the Center for Health and Wellbeing’s parking garage located in Winter Park, FL. The Center for Health and Wellbeing opened in April, aimed to infuse three forms of well-being into one facility – fitness, medical care, and wellness. The architecture of the center designed by Duda | Paine Architects, draws inspiration from the healing power of nature. The parking garage, designed by BHM Architects and design build contractors Jack Jennings and Sons, essentially provided a holistic focal point for visitors entering the center. Thanks to BHM Architects, JackJennings&Sons, WinterParkHealthFoundation, and WinterParkMemorialHospital for involving us in the construction of this enriching community project!
